YIA ART FAIR #05 - Le Carreau du Temple

The 5th YIA Art Fair (Paris)' edition will take place for the second time as the Carreau du Temple, an historical plance in Paris, which offers a 2 500 square meters' exhibition hall in the heart of the marais' area, from october 22nd to 25th, 2015, in the same time as the parisian art week (FIAC).

Referenced on Artforum, and with its 20 000 visitors in 2014, the YIA Art Fair (Paris) became since 5 years the prospective art fair of the art week in Paris.

As an independant contemporary art fair, the YIA Art Fair (Paris) seduces, every year since 2010, numerous prospective galleries as well as recognized ones, which are also parts of main international art fairs (NADA, ABC Berlin, FIAC, (Off)icielle, Art Brussels, Armory Show, Volta New-York, Pulse New-York, Artissima, Art Rotterdam, Loop, Volta Basel, Art Basel, ...)

In the same way as for its previous editions, a YIA Art Fair (Paris)' prize for contemporary art ill be awarded (a selection committee is being created). This prize will be support the creation of one of artists exhibited at the fair. (Main partner 2014 : Uniqlo)

Thanks to a two years partnership with Marais Culture +, the selected galleries would be invited to create a project for a tour in the most beautiful parisian institutions and museums (Musée Picasso Paris, Maison Européenne de la Photographie, la Maison Victor Hugo, les Archives Nationales, ...).

Organized by the communication agency LFDAC - La Française des arts contemporains, the YIA Art Fair (Paris), benefits of a large expert's network to develop numerous partnerships every year, especially with the media, and to assure numerous community management's actions on social networks.

The 5th YIA Art Fair (Paris)' edition wish be a friendly and human-sized fair. This year, 50 international galleries will be represented in the main section, as well as 6 other galleries in the new dedicated to paintings.
